An overview of the Arkansas State Fair’s culinary offerings

Little Rock, Arkansas – The amazing food options at the Arkansas State Fair have remained constant despite the fair’s rapid 84-year growth and expansion.

The fair’s food selection has grown and become increasingly inventive over time. This year’s fair is expected to carry on that tradition when the gates open on Friday. A few of the foods being served are fried key lime pie, spicy pickle pizza, and gator bites.
