Conway Police Department awarded the best employees with end-of-year awards
Conway, Arkansas – The best employees in Conway Police Department were awarded with the end-of-year awards, according to the Police dept. FB fan page. Every year these awards are being handed on the Christmas party organized by the police department, but this year the party was cancelled due to Covid-19 situation. That’s the reason why this year the announcement went through social media.
Brandi Bell, a CPD 911 dispatcher, was awarded the department’s Telecommunicator of the Year award. Her passion for the job makes her different from the others. Well deserved! – a co-worker said.
“The department is feeling the impact! Despite only being a detective for a few months, Brittani Little won the department’s Officer of the Year honor. She is doing outstanding job out there.” – the CPD office said.
She already managed to solve a few cases and deterring crime. We look forward to became even better detective in the upcoming years.
Bob Cole, a sergeant for CPD, won the department’s Supervisor of the Year honor. The CPD wrote that Cole’s technological detective work is critical for them.
The department wrote that their colleagues is something like wizard when it comes to technology and phone forensics. It’s not just fun to be around, but he is also a great mentor for the new detectives.
The CPD chief William Tapley was happy to award his colleagues. In a Facebook video, he also awarded Mark Shuffield their Civilian Employee of the Year honor. What sets him apart for the others is his detailed work and extra effort in everything.
“If there is a problem with the building or grounds, he goes above and beyond to fix the issue. What is even more amazing, he needs no supervision at all since he manage to finish his duties to the end like a real professional.
