Conway police, fire departments surprise boy for 7th birthday

LITTLE ROCK — The Conway police and fire departments surprised a boy for his 7th birthday on Saturday.
Conway police say David was supposed to celebrate his birthday at Chuck E. Cheese, but due to COVID-19 concerns, the party couldn’t happen.
The departments decided to drive by and wish David Happy Birthday to make his day special.
