Following a bomb threat, the courthouse reopened
Little Rock, Arkansas – On Thursday, a hearing in a case that involves the Arkansas Board of Corrections and Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders was postponed because someone called in a bomb threat. The lawsuit had been filed against Sanders.
In the course of their investigation of the courthouse, teams from the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office and the Little Rock Police Department reported that they did not discover anything unexpected.
On January 4, shortly after 9:30 in the morning, the Pulaski County Courthouse in Pulaski County was evacuated.
Opening comments were made during the hearing, which had been postponed from the previous week. The threat was made during the hearing.
