Korean Foundation holds its eighth annual scholarship banquet
Maumelle, Arkansas – The One Korean Scholarship Foundation held its Annual Scholarship Banquet on Saturday, December 14, at the Maumelle Event Center.
Each year, a banquet is held to honor and award scholarships to high school seniors and college students who are enthusiastic about advancing their education.
Since the launch of the scholarship banquet in 2017, One Korean has granted 147 scholarships to students, amounting to a total of $147,000.
This year, One Korean has announced a scholarship opportunity, providing $1,000 to be distributed among 30 students.
Included among the recipients are a police officer, a firefighter, a National Guardsman, and certain veterans who remain committed to supporting local Korean schools.
