LRFD confirms that one person is killed following a plane crash at Little Rock Airport

Little Rock, Arkansas – Following a Sunday afternoon crash during takeoff from the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock, a Cirrus SR22 aircraft is currently the subject of an inquiry.

The pilot was the only person on board the four-seater aircraft when they reported an incident shortly after takeoff, according to officials. At about 1:30 p.m., not too long afterward, the aircraft went down close to the runway’s departure end.

The victim’s identity has not yet been made public until their family members have been notified, even though the pilot is dead.

Witnesses reported seeing a great deal of black smoke in the air following the occurrence.

At present, there is a dearth of evidence regarding the precise cause of the incident; nevertheless, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) are conducting an inquiry.
