Rose City Shopping Center murder victim has been identified by North Little Rock police

Little Rock, Arkansas – The victim of the Wednesday murder that happened in the parking lot of a Rose City Shopping Center has been identified by North Little Rock Police.
Police identified the victim as Eulius Williams, a 32-year-old resident of North Little Rock.
Williams had been shot, and the cops discovered him lying in the parking lot. After being brought to the hospital, he would pass away from his wounds.
After conducting a preliminary inquiry into the murder, police detained 22-year-old Nathan Whitmore. He was accused of one count each of aggravated robbery, capital murder, and criminal attempt to commit capital murder.
