Summit Utilities Arkansas has made a generous donation of $10,000 along with blankets to an aid agency in Little Rock
Little Rock, Arkansas – On Monday, Summit Utilities Arkansas made a donation to the Little Rock-based aid agency Watershed.
The agency received a donation of $10,000 along with 100 blankets from Summit.
Officials from the company highlighted Summit’s commitment to community support.
“Summit is dedicated to enhancing our community support whenever possible,” stated Summit EVP & Chief Financial Officer Bob Gunderman. “We are sincerely thankful for the opportunity to support organizations such as Watershed that are making a significant positive impact in our community.”
The Watershed Human and Community Development Agency offers essential safety-net programs that include access to food and clothing, utility assistance, transportation, and specialized outreach services tailored for individuals with disabilities. This establishment claims to be the “World’s first social hospital.”
