Two LRPD lieutenants promoted to Major Friday

Little Rock, Arkansas – In a formal ceremony on Friday, two distinguished lieutenants of the Little Rock Police Department were promoted to the rank of Major.
The two officers that were promoted to the rank of Major were Lieutenant Cassandra Davis and Lieutenant Jordan Neufer, making Major Davis the highest-ranking female officer in the department.
